Parents and kids had a great time swimming over the half term holidays. Some of the kids were able to go inside a giant hamster ball.

Swimming is really beneficial to kids on the autistic spectrum, as many of them feel very relaxed, calmed by the sensory benefit of the water. It’s always a popular activity with the kids and the addition of the ‘hamster ball’ was great. As some of the kids were unable to get in the hamster ball, another session is being organised for those who missed out this time. Phew. Check out the Calendar for more details.
Frank thinks that once the hamster discovered that his ball was missing, he probably looked like this!
